Client Funds Policy

SHI MI & CO does not accept or manage client funds.

SHI MI & CO does not accept deposits, hold client funds, manage client accounts, or engage in any activity involving the custody, transfer, or management of client money or assets.

All service fees are invoiced and collected through standard commercial payment channels. We do not maintain client accounts, escrow accounts, or any form of client fund custody.

Payment for services is processed through standard commercial invoicing procedures. Clients remit payment directly to SHI MI & CO through established banking channels, without any intermediary fund management or custody arrangements.

All engagements with SHI MI & CO are structured as professional service agreements. Each engagement includes:
